I bought this product online. It was a week ago. In the AMAZON web page it said it is available. Several days affter there was no tracking info, so i decided to contact the call center to stablish why it has take too long. They told me the order will be ready in 4 more days (8 more days after i made the purchase) because they have to backorder it from the manufacturer. So, it is a LIE that is available.
